James, the brother of Y'shua, addresses his letter only to Jews
( to the twelve tribes who are dispersed abroad)
not to gentiles.

Are you a Jew?

If not it is not addressed to you!

Learn to read the Holy Word of G-d in context;
do not cherry pick verses out of context.
