Actually Revelation 21 said He was coming down to US. To dwell with us on earth.

Why would this not mean Jesus is coming back?

It DOES!
I believe in Chriswt coming back. And God dwelling with us here on earth. His presence decended once and for all on this earth with His people. The New Jerusalem, The Church.
