Man, I wish I was old enough back then to remember that game. What a classic!
I'd like to see this movie show this game in a factual, realistic way, but I won't get my hopes up because this is the same screenwriter that gave us Basic Instinct and the wretched Showgirls.
I remember it. At the time the best part of it was that the Packers won their third straight NFL Championship, the first three-peat in NFL history. Over time, the game itself has become the focus (and rightly so). How those teams could play that well under those conditions is truly remarkable.
