My yard is full of weeds. You can pull them for free!

I'm starting a new business today down at exit 41 on Hi-way 169 and Memorial, wish me luck. :)Cash? With that big homestead you got in Oklahoma you can't grow it?
To: PayNoAttentionManBehindCurtain
Bring that business to Dallas and you'll be arrested. A new law just went into effect yesterday banning panhandling within the city limits.

Old Testament figuures were in the Limbo of the Fathers until Jesus came. While they were "saved" by faith in a future savior, they were not truly saved until Jesus opened the gate of Heaven after His death of the cross.
That is, the OT folks had to wait until the Crucifixion to receive the necessary graces to enable them to be clean for Heaven.
Mary did not. She was saved before Christ was even born, saved before she was even born. Not the OT salvation that led to Limbo, but the true salvation that made her ready for Heaven.

You may poo poo the book of Enoch but many of your church fathers considered it scripture and Jesus' half brother Jude quoted from it. At any rate, the tradition is as good as anything you would call "sacred" tradition.

Cash? With that big homestead you got in Oklahoma you can't grow it? Growing will get you 10 years fed time, and fed time is the FULL 10 years.

Actually, I think potato guns are illegal here.
No law would've stopped that idiot.

Hey I got a joke for ya.
What did SADDAM HUSSEIN'S oldest son tell him at the start of the U.S. Bombings?
To: JHavard
Dave, where do you come up with these things? It's all quite obvious if you sit down and think about it.

In the Book of Enoch he was in heaven. You may poo poo the book of Enoch but many of your church fathers considered it scripture and Jesus' half brother Jude quoted from it. I haven't looked at it. In any event, books are not accepted for canonization if they contain some doctrinal error. It could be perectly correct about whatever Jude quoted, but in error about Enoch in Heaven.
At any rate, the tradition is as good as anything you would call "sacred" tradition.
Obviously not.

Well, ....I sat down and thought about it, and it still makes no sense to me.
Does that mean I'm not simple enough?

That is, the OT folks had to wait until the Crucifixion to receive the necessary graces to enable them to be clean for Heaven. So Moses and Elijah were dispatched to the transfiguration from limbo?
To: JHavard
Well, ....I sat down and thought about it, and it still makes no sense to me. What part is most troubling? The split between before Jesus/after Jesus and there being a difference? The idea of being full of grace meaning one was without sin? That being full of grace means one can enter into God's presence in Heaven?

So Moses and Elijah were dispatched to the transfiguration from limbo? Good question. Let me say "I don't know."
I'll have to think about it.

The part where you find anyplace in the Bible where it says Mary was full of grace.
