OUCH! Assuming what we're seeing is true, it was a quite disappointing election cycle. Everything I thought was potential for conservatives went out the window. What a shocker....
... As Believers living at the end of the Church Age, our mission has not changed. We will continue to warn people that the Rapture of Born Again Believers is close, and the horrible 7-year Tribulation immediately follows.
The article is about the problems with embracing an A-Millennial eschatology doctrine, its effect on Israel today, and how it has duped people like Tucker Carlson.. ...
Tucker Carlson and other A-Millennials think the meaning of God’s Word is open to sinful human interpretation. So when they quote scripture, they arbitrarily force-fit its meaning to fit a predetermined false doctrine dubbed A-Millennialism.
Unfortunately that theoretical doctrine, as you will see, contradicts tons of scripture.

The word of the LORD is tried [pure, perfect, flawless]; Psa. 18:30b
The words of the LORD are pure words; As silver tried in a furnace on the earth, refined seven times. Psa. 12:6
Do those two verses sound like God wants us to “decide” what He means or what to believe/trust what He says? No, He says He chose specific words for His scriptures.
In fact, His words are so powerfully specific they can cut to the bone.. .
For the word of God is living and active and sharper than any two-edged sword and piercing as far as the division of soul and spirit, of both joints and marrow, and able to judge the thoughts and intentions of the heart. Heb. 4:12
God says His Word is spiritual armor.
and having shod YOUR FEET WITH THE PREPARATION OF THE GOSPEL OF PEACE; Eph. 6:15
That particular verse is not about spreading of the gospel because Christians are pictured in the accompanying verses (10-16) as standing, not advancing.
Rather, it refers to a Believer’s stability from knowing the gospel which gives us the peace that surpasses all understanding, in all situations God allows in life…because live or die, we win!
Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all comprehension, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Phil. 4:6-7
The scriptures we have today are exactly what our Perfect Creator God dictated to His prophets.
The law of the LORD [God’s Word] is perfect, Psa. 19:7a
Your word is truth. John 17:17b
In Revelation 22 the Bible warns you to never add anything to God’s prophecies in the Book of Revelation. Because if you do, things won’t go well for you!
I testify to everyone who hears the words of the prophecy of this book: if anyone adds to them, God will add to him the plagues which are written in this book; Rev. 22:18
I mention all that to say: when teaching scripture we must take God’s Word literally (assuming dispensational context).
For instance, Ezekiel 38 clearly says in Russia’s last day’s Israel invasion, their soldiers will be “riding horses.” That means the invading soldiers WILL invade on horseback.
The Bible says God spoke the universe into existence 6000 years ago in seven literal 24-hour days. Therefore, that’s exactly what He did. There was nothing left up to chance, not a hint of evolution involved.
Then God said, “Let there be light”; and there was light. Gen. 1:3
By the word of the LORD the heavens were made, and by the breath of His mouth all their host.,...for He spoke, and it was done; He commanded, and it stood fast. Ps. 33:6,9
The Bible says there was a worldwide flood that covered all the mountains… so that’s what happened.(1)
The water prevailed more and more upon the earth, so that all the high mountains everywhere under the heavens were covered. Gen. 7:19
As we’ve said many, many times, all the past Bible prophecies that have been fulfilled, were fulfilled literally, word for word. So God’s future prophecies will also be fulfilled literally.
Literal Israel in the Future
The Bible says Jesus will literally reign for 1000 years as King of the earth from His throne IN JERUSALEM.
The 1000-year reign is mentioned six times in six straight verses—Rev. 20:2-7.
Rev. 20:2…bound [Satan] for 1000 years;
Rev. 20:3 …threw [Satan] into the abyss…until the 1000 years were completed;
Rev. 20:4 …those beheaded…reigned with Christ for 1000 years.
Rev. 20:5 …until the 1000 years were completed.
Rev. 20:6 …reign with Him for 1000 years.
Rev. 20:7…When the 1000 years are completed,
God’s has not rejected Israel for any reason!
…God has not rejected His people, has He? May it never be! Rom. 11:1a
God has not rejected His people whom He foreknew. Rom. 11:2a
Tucker Carlson doesn’t believe any of that. He views scripture from an A-Millennial perspective. This means believing we're currently living in the Millennium.
Preterism
Believe it or not, A-Millennials also believe in what is dubbed as Preterism. This false eschatological doctrine says the Book of Revelation has already taken place around the time Rome savagely destroyed Jerusalem in 70 AD.(2)
As their proof, A-Millennials believe the entire Book of Revelation occurred in the 7 years between 66 AD and 73 AD. Granted it was a horrible time when it is estimated that some 600,000 to 1,300,000 million Jews died.
But what does God’s infallible Word say about how many deaths happen in the Tribulation? It says that within the first two years of the Tribulation, some 2 BILLION people die… from all over the earth… not just in Israel.
I looked, and behold, an ashen horse; and he who sat on it had the name Death; and Hades was following with him. Authority was given to them over a fourth of the earth, to kill with sword and with famine and with pestilence and by the wild beasts of the earth. Rev. 6:8
So let's run the numbers assuming the Tribulation took place around 70 AD.
At the time of Christ the earth's population was roughly between 200 and 300 million. Using the lower estimate of 200 million, that means about 50 million would have died from all over the world.
Then another 1/3 die, again, from all over the earth by the mid-point of the 7-year Tribulation.
so that they would kill a third of mankind. Rev. 9:15
That’s 1/3 of the remaining 150 million, or another 50 million. So a total of 100 million people, not just Jews, would have died in the first half of the 7-year Tribulation.
Then it really gets bad in the last 3 1/2 year as God’s wrath is now coming undiluted.
mixed in full strength in the cup of His anger; Rev. 14:10b
So when God’s wrath kills 1/2 the world's population in the first 3 1/2 years of the Tribulation, He was holding back from full-strength wrath.
That means at the mid-point of the Tribulation, God unleashes His wrath full-strength and by the end of the Tribulation:
few men are left. Is. 24:6b
So the Preterists believe something that nothing in historical records mentions.
A-Millennials like Tucker Carlson don’t take the Bible literally because if they did it would torpedo their false doctrine.
Here’s more proof Preterism is wrong.
How could Jesus physically reign over the earth from Jerusalem for 1000 years if it’s already been 1993 years since the Church Age began?
You can’t ignore the fact the Bible says the Millennium lasts 1000 years. To believe we've been living for 2000 years in a 1000-year-long Millennium, they have to say God must have "misspoke" or something. Talk about thin ice! Yikes!
Jesus Sits On His Throne In The Millennium
And Jesus said to them, “Truly I say to you, that you who have followed Me, in the regeneration when the Son of Man will sit on His glorious throne, Matt. 19:28
A-Millennials think we’re in the Millennium today by ignoring the fact Jesus will be on a literal throne on Mt. Moriah. They spiritualize the throne and reign by saying Jesus is reigning in heaven.
The splitting of the Mt. Of Olives
Zechariah says that at the end of the 7-year Tribulation, the area of the Mount of Olives opposite the Temple Mount (to the east) will split north and south leaving a large valley, called Jehoshaphat, where the mountain once stood.
In that day His feet will stand on the Mount of Olives, which is in front of Jerusalem on the east; and the Mount of Olives will be split in its middle from east to west by a very large valley, so that half of the mountain will move toward the north and the other half toward the south. Zech. 14:4
I will gather all the nations and bring them down to the valley of Jehoshaphat. Then I will enter into judgment with them there on behalf of My people and My inheritance, Israel, whom they have scattered among the nations; And they have divided up My land. Joel 3:2
So Tucker, were you aware the Mount of Olives never split north and south creating a large valley? All of it is still there. And looks like Jesus judging Israel's surrounding nations is also an unfulfilled prophecy.
Animals in the Millennium
In the Millennium the Bible says no animals or snakes will be dangerous to humans.
And the wolf will dwell with the lamb, and the leopard will lie down with the young goat, and the calf and the young lion and the fatling together; And a little boy will lead them. Also the cow and the bear will graze, their young will lie down together, and the lion will eat straw like the ox. The nursing child will play by the hole of the cobra, and the weaned child will put his hand on the viper’s den. Is. 11:6-8
Best I can tell, poisonous snakes like the cobra are still quite dangerous today. As well as bears, wolves and leopards. But if we’re currently living in the Millennium, God says animals will have lost their carnivorous instincts. That’s a problem for A-Millennials! Did our perfect God misspeak again? Hardly.
The problem of Satan being “bound” in the Millennium
And he laid hold of the dragon, the serpent of old, who is the devil and Satan, and bound him for a thousand years; Rev. 20:2
So Tucker, if we’re in the Millennium, and Satan is bound, then you’re saying he has an awfully long chain that reaches around the earth? Not buying it, Tuck.
Mark Of The Beast
And he causes all, the small and the great, and the rich and the poor, and the free men and the slaves, to be given a mark on their right hand or on their forehead, and he provides that no one will be able to buy or to sell, except the one who has the mark, either the name of the beast or the number of his name. Rev. 13:16-17
Gosh Tucker, I can't believe anyone would think this took place in 70 AD. But apparently you do! Let's just say there's no record of this taking place, even if it were possible in 70 AD.
Earth's Mountains flattened before the Millennium
What about the mountains around the world that are flattened in the Tribulation from two worldwide earthquakes?
there was a great earthquake; …and every mountain and island were moved out of their places. Then the kings of the earth and the great men and the commanders and the rich and the strong and every slave and free man hid themselves in the caves and among the rocks of the mountains; and they said to the mountains and to the rocks, “Fall on us and hide us from the presence of Him who sits on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb; for the great day of their wrath has come, and who is able to stand?” Rev. 6:12-17
Good grief, history never recorded a worldwide earthquake so large that caused all the mountains to be moved and all the earth's kings to hide from God in caves and among rocks.
A-Millennials are saying history also missed a second earthquake that shook all the mountains to the ground? And sank the islands?
Ken Ham says the global flood story is found in 94 languages around the world. So you would think these worldwide earthquakes flattening all the world's mountains and sinking islands would show up somewhere in history!
Considering we still have mountains, islands, venemous snakes and Israel has returned to her homeland right on the two-day, 2000-year schedule, your "we're currently living in the Millennium" theory is worthless. Along with the 70 AD Preterism theory.
And to cap it off, you have to totally ignore God’s regathering of Israel to her homeland in the LAST DAYS.
After many days you will be summoned; in the latter years you will come into the land that is restored from the sword, whose inhabitants have been gathered from many nations to the mountains of Israel which had been a continual waste; but its people were brought out from the nations, and they are living securely, all of them.” Ezek. 38:8
Living securely… I don’t remember Israel “living securely” since the time of Christ.
When you are in distress and all these things have come upon you, in the latter days you will return to the LORD your God and listen to His voice. Deut. 4:30
When did this happen? It didn't
The world will know God loves Israel
“And the nations will know that I am the LORD who sanctifies Israel, when My sanctuary is in their midst forever.” Ezek. 37:28
How could God be finished with Israel when in the last days the whole world will know that God has sanctified Israel? And where's that sanctuary that's in their midst forever? Asking for a friend…
Gentiles come to Israel to celebrate the Feasts of Booths
Anyone from the world's nations (plural) that came against Israel during the Tribulation and who is still alive at the end has to go to Jerusalem each year to worship Jesus and celebrate the Feast of Booths.
Furthermore, if they don't go to Jerusalem to worship Jesus, no rain will fall on them. Egypt is specifically mentioned.
And it will be that whichever of the families of the earth does not go up to Jerusalem to worship the King, the LORD of hosts, there will be no rain on them. If the family of Egypt does not go up or enter, then no rain will fall on them; it will be the plague with which the LORD smites the nations who do not go up to celebrate the Feast of Booths. This will be the punishment of Egypt, and the punishment of all the nations who do not go up to celebrate the Feast of Booths. Zech. 14:17-19
I've not noticed any Egyptians receiving rain, or experiencing a drought, based on their going or not going to Israel to celebrate the Feast of Booths. Did I miss something that's been going on for 2000 years? Of course not. Israel was not even in her homeland between 70 AD and 1948.
Moriah raised above the Mt. of Olives and Mt. Zion
And this one should complete the sinking of your A-Millennial ship. Not only will all the mountains on the earth be flattened, Mt. Moriah will be raised up.
Now it will come about that in the last days the mountain of the house of the LORD will be established as the chief of the mountains, and will be raised above the hills; And all the nations will stream to it. Is. 2:2
Mt. Moriah will be raised above Mt. of Olives on the east and Mt. Zion to the west. Notice Olives and Zion are now referred to as "hills."
God apparently didn’t want us to miss the prophecy of Moriah being raised higher than Mt. of Olives on the east and Mt. Zion on the west because He gave Micah the exact same prophecy.
And it will come about in the last days that the mountain of the house of the LORD will be established as the chief of the mountains. It will be raised above the hills, and the peoples will stream to it. Mic. 4:1
Furthermore, not only has God not yet flattened Mt. Zion and Mt. of Olives and raised Mt. Moriah (it will happen at the end of the FUTURE Tribulation), the nations of the world have not streamed to it to pay homage to Jesus as the King of Earth. Or did I miss hearing about Jesus' Second Coming? Nope, these are yet to be fulfilled prophecies.
So Tucker, you have a big problem
The A-Millenniun doctrine is false. Preterism is false. And you don't take God's Word literally.
The only way the Bible makes sense is if you interpret it from a dispensational, pre-Millennial view. Then it fits perfectly, no contradictions.
Judgment Day is coming
For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ, so that each one may be recompensed for his deeds in the body, according to what he has done, whether good or bad. 2Cor. 5:10
Bottom line is that God takes prophecy very seriously, because it is directly tied to his Word, His plan for the ages, and our understanding (and comfort!).
And what the Bible has to say is intricately linked with what is going on in the world around us today. The implications for you, and for all those who listen to you, are huge.
So I would encourage you, Tucker, to reconsider what you are saying, and the implications that go along with it.
As another Bible teacher, once stated, I don’t believe I will ever have to stand before God and apologize for taking his word too literally. Amen!
