So, this D. L. Moody - who said this?
“The world has yet to see what God can do with a man fully consecrated to him. By God’s help, I aim to be that man.”
So Moody doesn’t believe the Bible portrays Enoch or Joseph as men completely consecrated to God? Samuel? Or, ok, don’t like those choices? What about the Christ? Is He not a man? Is He not fully consecrated to God?
So was Moody just a dolt, or a blasphemer? I’ll leave it to the readre to decide.
When I was first learning about who D. L. Moody was I came across this quote. I would say it told me everything I needed to know about Moody, but I kept looking. I never found anything to dissuade me from the first reaction I had to that quote.

Varley said what you said first, D. L. Moody adopted it and restated it. The quote attributed to Moody is correct - but it is totally fair to say that Moody adopted it from the earlier statement by Varley.

Think of it like a meat grinder with all nations being forced through until they are all bland homogeneous gruel and “equal”. See Daniel Chapter 7, stamping the residue.
It won’t matter what they call themselves, Communists or Islamists, Red Green Alliance etc., at the time of the end, they are all of that same Jacobin spirit that desires to cut off heads and it always operates in a specific way and by a specific authority once it takes power. Bible believing Christians in the USA know and understand, and have the authority of Jesus to rebuke it. Which is why we are the last nation remaining able to openly talk about it, describe it and resist. Even while we are simultaneously working to create and build out its technological highways and AI infrastructure. It’s only a matter of time and attrition.
