My precious niece Kim, 54 yrs old, lost her last two toes yesterday in surgery due to her devastating Diabetic condition.
This morning she has developed a very intense rash on both her arms and legs!!
Since the toes had gangrene there is a great possibility of the rash being sepsis!!

Same old same old here. Mostly I’m making plans for my beloved cat Daisy if I die or have to live in a nursing home. Daisy was born on my birthday and it’s remarkable how alike we are. Vet laughed first time I took her in. “You have a tri-colored Tabby. Very smart and very fierce.” Which means not everyone would put up with her. I get lovely cat cuddles and snuggles. UPDATE: (6/4/26) I have not posted this prayer request before although this has been going on since January, when my brother had an anaphylactic reaction to Lisinopril. We don’t know if it was that reaction, or the combination of a type of saline and an antibiotic, but he was put on a list for a liver transplant. We learned tonight that they have a donor and surgery may be done tomorrow. Thanks for praying for him and also for the donor’s family.
As to my earlier request for my dad, he is still in care but has much improved and is determined to go back home so we are working on getting his bathroom remodeled for walker or wheelchair use.

Your prayers have helped me and my family get through some awful days before so I am once again turning to my Freeper Friends for prayers for my niece Amy’s son Jack.
Because of the grace your prayers have brought down on my family before Amy has asked me especially to ask Freepers for help.
Jack has something called autonomic dysfunction.
Here’s what that means:
Autonomic dysfunction refers to a condition where the autonomic nervous system does not work properly, affecting involuntary body functions like heart rate, blood pressure, digestion, and temperature regulation.
Symptoms can include dizziness, fainting, and gastrointestinal issues, and it may result from various underlying health conditions.
The symptoms of autonomic dysfunction can vary widely among individuals. Common symptoms include:
•Dizziness or lightheadedness, especially when standing (orthostatic hypotension)
•Rapid or slow heart rate (tachycardia or bradycardia)
•Gastrointestinal issues like constipation or diarrhea
•Temperature regulation problems
•Excessive or reduced sweating

My niece had been unwell for two weeks and getting progressively worse so she went to her heart doctor who sent her to ER immediately.
Diane has had problems with her heart for a long time. I have asked for prayers for Diane before and I am asking for your prayers again.
Please pray that the problem in fixable. Her doctor said, "It's a good thing you didn't wait until tomorrow - she is in that much danger.

I’m asking for prayers for my friend. After 20 years in a company she lost her job. She is really a mess, can’t sleep, has intestinal issues because she can’t eat. She’s a tiny woman and she can’t afford to lose more. I’ve tried giving her mental exercises, suggested supplements, but she can’t shake it.

About two or three weeks ago, maybe a bit more, the hospital released Wally to go home (the rehab hospital), with my sister on her own having to manage all his looking after, do his gastric tube feedings 4-5 x a day, cleaning him up, washing, lifting. Everything. 24- hour, no breaks, can’t risk taking her eyes off him for a second.
He’s now at a care center in my hometown but an hour away from my sister. So I’m driving her either to or from the center to her home out in the country and staying overnight with her some as well. She’s become ever increasingly exhausted both mentally and physically and nearly to the point of being ill.
Sweet neighbor cut her yards and will keep them for her. She’s torn so badly about whether she’s doing enough, should she just bring Wally back home again because he doesn’t want to be there, so many things pulling at her. Is she doing the right things for him? Is it enough? Poor thing just needs rest and serious peace.
We both know Jesus Is Lord. We know sometimes our beloveds get real sick and maybe get like this or maybe we see them go Home. Maybe they suffer bad beforehand. But God didn’t say that wouldn’t happen. He said He’d be there with them and hold them close and walk with them through it. Them and their beloveds. Praying for Healing, complete. My husband John saw his cardiologist, and upon his explaining the pain he was having in his left groin, was sent to the ER to have a CT scan. After a few hours of waiting it was discovered that he indeed did have a left inguinal hernia (the ER doctor was nearly 100% certain it was when he examined John in triage and gently eased the hernia back in).
I am PRAISING THE LORD it was not something deadly serious! It’s going to need to be dealt with, but with his being on blood thinners and other things with his heart, it will be up to the surgeon and what he counsels the cardiologist about. Which he does not have an appointment with the bariatric surgeon as yet, awaiting a call-back.
I’m praying for healing for John’s heart and for his hernia and whatever else has occurred in his body. I believe it will happen and is happening. IN JESUS’ MIGHTY NAME!

Diane, has continued her fight to find a combination of medications and mechanisms that will keep her heart pumping. Last Friday Diane may just have found that special balance between machines and meds. We are excited to say Diane is doing very well although the next two weeks will be the real test. My own faith in God and Catholic faith that Jane and Diane shared has sustained me.
Please pray Diane's recovery continues.

BACKGROUND
Baby Dylan, under one year old, suddenly and unexpectedly began having seizures...for hours. He's in the hospital being kept under heavy sedation. When they try to bring him out, he begins seizing again. They say he has something called "Perry flu". UPDATE (11/6/25)
Just a short update: He’s struggling to keep his o2 levels up, is still sedated and full of wires. His parents are finally there with him , they live several hours from the hospital he’s in. They’ve calmed down a bit now that they are with him. His grandmother has some of his many siblings.
He’s in a pediatric big hospital ice.
I can’t thank you all enough for your prayers, and continued prayer.
Baby is doing much better! He’s still in the hospital, but there’s talk of him going home, soon.
Thank you all so much for appealing to God, our healer, on Dylan’s behalf. It’s such a privilege he gives us!

* I have found that smaller, and more frequent meals are the way to go since having this done.
* COPD has taken a bad turn, and left me pretty much on needing oxygen 24/7. I would appreciate prayers so that I can at least do some of the things I used to enjoy.

Please continue to pray for my daughter who is an addict.
She talked a good game while in jail to scam us out of commissary and phone money, but a stupid judge let her out on PR bond on condition that she call a probation officer (who she never called).
So it’s a month more on the streets before she fails to appear for her court hearing like she always does and another warrant is issued and the bail process and cycle starts all over again.
No more commissary or phone money though. I’m praying that it at least gets to that point.

MYRIDDEN had a Whipple procedure this year. The Whipple procedure is an operation to treat tumors and other conditions in the pancreas, small intestine and bile ducts. It involves removing the head of the pancreas, the first part of the small intestine, the gallbladder and the bile duct. (Mayo Clinic) UPDATE: (7/7/25)
4th of July came with gastroparesis. Waiting for my stomach to resume normal operations. Life after a Whipple is a daily challenge to eat without causing another digestive fail. This time has dropped my weight from 151.7 on July 3rd to 147.4 on July 6. The prayer warriors are much appreciated.

I was diagnosed with (CLL - (Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia) a couple of years ago after having it for at least five years. I went from doctor to doctor trying to figure out what was wrong, getting dismissed by many. I had a PET scan recently and got results that it has progressed. Uptake in my throat and bone marrow, which wasn't in the scan I had two years ago. I've been having trouble swallowing for 2 1/2 years now. I went on a chemo drug called Calquence for a year after I was first diagnosed. CLL
Yesterday I had more bloodwork. I’m being tested for gene deletions and mutations to see which treatment will work best. I forgot what they were called because there were so many. I want to know why they didn’t do that first after suffering for so long.
I also researched more oncologists and found one that looks promising. I sent him my medical records from all my oncologists for him to review.
Praying that this is the doctor that can help me.

I need to lose a lot of weight. I’m haunted by my past and am now the only member of my immediate family left. Having lost my last sibling, I’m the Last Mohican and can’t get out of bed often due to depression.
I have a lot of things to do for the remaining estate. I also gave up my talent long ago, owing to extreme pressure by my first spouse, costing me my self-esteem.
I am only alive by the grace of God.
