On a quiet night beneath a sky filled with stars, Almighty God's promised agape love came down. Almighty God, the Son clothed Himself in humility, lay in a manger, wrapped in flesh so that humanity could be wrapped in Almighty God's wondrous grace and agape love for all of Adam's fallen race. Christmas declared that agape love does not wait to be deserved; it is, and it has come for all! Jesus is Almighty God, the Father's agape love for all!
Jesus is Almighty God, the Father's agape love for all! This agape love walked among us. This agape love healed the broken, touched the unclean, forgave the guilty, and welcomed the forgotten. This agape love spoke TRUTH and RIGHTEOUSNESS with compassion and mercy, with tenderness and authority. This agape love carried a cross, bore our sin, and conquered death itself and rose on the third day FOREVERMORE to reign in ETERNAL LIFE! This agape love will seek, save, and deliver all to the utmost who call upon Him and receive Him!
But beloved, this glorious story does not end at the manger, or even at the cross. Agape love is triumphantly coming again!

This same Jesus who came quietly will return gloriously! This same baby who once lay in a manger will come and reign as a King FOREVERMORE! This RIGHTEOUS Lamb who was slain will return as the GLORIOUS RIGHTEOUS Judge! His crown of thorns will be replaced with many ETERNAL crowns of glory!
At His first coming, agape love was wrapped in swaddling cloths. At His second coming, agape love will be clothed in RIGHTOUS GLORIOUS majesty. The first time, heaven's ETERNAL agape love touched earth in humility. The next time, heaven's ETERNAL agape love will reign in RIGHTEOUSNESS upon the earth in ALL glory!
Beloved, this is the hope of Christmas, not only that agape love came, but that agape love will come again! Agape love will restore what was broken, gather His people, and make all things ETERNALLY new, where justice, mercy, and agape love will meet, and peace and joy will reign FOREVERMORE in RIGHTEOUSNESS without end! Oh beloved, no wonder the Scripture states that,
But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love (agape) Him. 1 Cor. 2:9!
So dear friends, as we celebrate this Christmas, looking forward as well as to the past, let us meditate, in the quietness and stillness of our hearts, and consider such wondrous glories!
Agape love came! Agape love gave! Agape love is coming again! And above all, my beloved (object of agape love), the most wondrous and glorious truth of all: Agape Love is a PERSON, and that PERSON is Yeshua/Jesus, God the Father's ETERNAL Son! Truly, this Christmas, I do not know how to say anything more wonderful than that!
Christmas is the glorious and wondrous promise fulfilled, and Jesus' return is the wondrous and glorious fulfillment of ALL things!
Dearly beloved, may this Christmas be wondrously saturated with the fullness of the agape love of Jesus! May His agape love fill your heart, soul, and mind with all knowledge in TRUTH, RIGHTEOUSNESS, and the JOY which only comes with an abiding relationship to the Savior! Dear friend, on a postscript, maybe this Christmas, you do not personally know the biblical Jesus, the agape love of Almighty God the Father? Dear friend, I just want to encourage you in every way possible to consider such things and enter into a saving relationship with the One who agape loved you so much that He laid down His RIGHTEOUS life for your ETERNAL redemption, to bring you to Almighty God the Father in RIGHTEOUSNESS, and that you might live in His agape love FOREVER. Dear friend, may it be so!
