United House of Prayer is A Cult!

More show notes: The pastor is "Sweet Precious Daddy Bailey" He sits during the sermon because he looks like a black Jabba the Hut. Four members of the church pull this guy out in a giant chariot just to bring him up to the pulpit.

The name of Jesus has been replaced with "Sweet Daddy" in all the hymns and songs.

There have been 4 "sweet daddies" since this cult began in 1919.

I think “Sweet Precious Daddy Bailey” could definitely afford to go on a diet big time.

More so than authentic God honoring worship I say.

I’m trying to decide whether or not to call him Sweet Daddy Jabba, or Sweet Daddy Baron Harkonnen. Jeez….

Definitely a cult……

,,, yeah, as much as Disneyland and Hollyood are - they're in Los Angeles too. I can't ever imagine Sunday mornings where a trombone slides so close and the lady up front next to Jabba is bouncing around like she needs to find a toilet. There's a market for everything and this clip falls in the non-standard bin, for sure.

,,, I just watched this clip a second time. When the military guards wheel Jabba in on the glamor cart someone yells out “thank God for Daddy Bailey!” It’s difficult to know if there would be room for God in that street theater ego stacked jumble sale. I’ve never seen anything like this. It’s just such a giant wank.

The only real difference between this cult and a couple dozen cults represented by people posting on this site is the number of experienced New Orleans jazz musicians.

I can’t believe it either that is why I had to post it. That glamor cart or Khetanna which was Jabba’s floating barge in Star Wars got me the most as well.

This guy even had “maids” around him who would fan him on stage just like Jabba had Twi’lek slaves.

“The name of Jesus has been replaced with “Sweet Daddy” in all the hymns and songs.”

My wife and I went to our Mormon friend’s son’s baptism. We prayed about it and figured it was more important to show them friendship than to be exposed to their cult.

It must have been the first song we sang, and it was an older Christian hymn that we knew. “Hmm - this isn’t too bad.”

But after singing two or three verses that were familiar, it went on with something like “And by his blood we are saved, praise to Joseph Smith who died for me...”

I didn’t sing that part, and glanced towards the roof waiting for a lightening bolt.

THAT’s the part that baffles me... over a hundred years of this nonsense and no member got wise to the scam and spoke out.

There was a lady in this video who left and spoke out. She gives history of the church that is how we know there were 4 “sweet daddies” since 1919.

The “maids” even have little aprons on over their white dresses. I am guessing to signify they are his servants or slaves. May God have mercy on them and open their eyes.
