Maranatha!!!
(Two-State Solution)
Will likely lead (IMHO) to
7 Years of ‘Peace and Security’
Well said. When you repent of your sins, asking Jesus to forgive you and to be your personal savior, it’s a “Come as you are” moment. You need not prepare yourself or “clean” yourself up or even dress in your Sunday Best. Jesus will take you as you are, where you are.
And Jesus always says, “Yes!” He doesn’t equivocate or require anything else. And He never takes it back.
This is your opportunity to make this day the first day of the rest of your life, your eternal life with Jesus and God, as by saying Yes you will become Born Again. It’s as simple as that. Don’t let this moment pass you by.

Maranatha

Amen!
Of course He meets us where we are. The fact is we are where we are because we haven’t met Him yet!
Small believes the U.S. and Canada are not paying enough attention to the way foreign funders and supporters of terrorism are infiltrating into North America.
He is so right. Somehow we have been hoodwinked into believing that we need to give everyone the benefit of the doubt and that if we are realistic and act or treat everyone as if they're not as evil as they are, we are the bad guys.
Nothing could be further from the truth. Recognizing the truth of a situation is not being the bad guy. But the bully, who causes the problems uses false accusations to manipulate us into backing down and giving them their own way.
The problem is..... appeasement NEVER works.
A revelation to me was that God WANTS to save us. He isn’t up there waiting for us to slip up so He can zap us to hell.
And salvation He OFFERS to us. We don’t have to come groveling and begging for Him to save us.
He has done everything possible for us to be forgiven and saved but will not force anyone to take His offer.
For if while we were enemies we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, now that we are reconciled, shall we be saved by his life. More than that, we also rejoice in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have now received reconciliation.
I, too believe the signs of the end times are upon us. But as far as the rapture is concerned, I’m beginning to wonder if the Rapture will not be the actual taking of the Christian’s body, but will be that Christians will simply go home to be with the LORD, as in dying. Jesus did say, “Where the body is, there also the vultures will be gathered”, when the disciples asked where this taking away takes place. (Luke 17:34-35. In Matthew 24:39, He compares it to Noah’s day, when all were taken away by the flood, IOW, died. Just a thought; either way, we must all make sure to be ready.
Amen! We attend a church whose denomination has traditionally preached fear. Years ago, it was if women cut their hair, wore slacks, wore makeup, or if men wore short sleeves, or if anyone went to a movie or watched tv, let alone drank or smoked, they were going to Hell if they didn’t repent and stop those behaviors. (Fwiw, I don’t think it’s good to smoke or get drunk). Of course, except for drinking, they no longer preach against the other things, above. But they still preach fear. Our Sunday school lesson last week, which is prepared by denominational headquarters, was about Christians who would be left behind in the Rapture. Christians. I’ve asked the LORD to show me if that’s possible, because to me, our job is to believe on the LORD Jesus Christ and Him crucified, i.e., His work, and to be obedient. Jesus is the One who does the saving. We cannot save ourselves, no matter how good we try to be. It is all Jesus. Every single one of us, saved or unsaved, sins. But we who are saved, have an Advocate with the Father, who EVER lives to make intercession for us. But, just like with a lot a people in other churches, we love the pastor and the people, and the Spirit of the LORD moves in our midst, but we won’t become members of that denomination.

Should’ve sung “Hallelujah “
It sings itself
Thanks dear mm!
Isn’t it wonderful when we have an insight that we believe we received from God
, to have it affirmed so strongly by His Word!
Thank you so much for posting those scriptures.
Building each other up in our precious faith. Hard to imagine anything more important in these days we find ourselves in.
Grace and peace to you and all who call on His name.
Amen "God is not willing that any should perish..."
Luke 12:32 “be not afraid little flock, it is your Father’s good pleasure to give you the kingdom “
Salvation isn't works based and I don't believe the rapture is either. If Christians can be left in the rapture, based on their works, as I see it it's the same mentality as those who say that Christians will go to hell if they don't (fill in the blank).
OF course, no Christian goes to hell based on works, because hell is what we're saved from. If we can go to hell on the basis of our works, then we weren't saved and salvation is not by faith, but works.
I'll ask the Lord for verses to support that, but at the moment, it's pretty late and the mind is still asleep.
Well that’s the way I feel, but I’m researching. I know Paul is always warning about damnation, and he’s writing to Christians, but I don’t see the same from the four gospels of Jesus. OTOH, Jesus is talking to the “church” in the beginning of Revelation. I’m confused.
