She adds in this chapter about Luther...

Quote:

The Roman Church had made merchandise of the grace of God. The tables of the money-changers (Matthew 21:12) were set up beside her altars, and the air resounded with the shouts of buyers and sellers. Under the plea of raising funds for the erection of St. Peter's Church at Rome, indulgences for sin were publicly offered for sale by the authority of the pope. By the price of crime a temple was to be built up for God's worship—the cornerstone laid with the wages of iniquity! But the very means adopted for Rome's aggrandizement provoked the deadliest blow to her power and greatness. It was this that aroused the most determined and successful of the enemies of popery, and led to the battle which shook the papal throne and jostled the triple crown upon the pontiff's head.

I have never in my life read anyone who could articulate the great issues of the Protestant Reformation, the great apostasy of the church of Rome, the falling away, and how God raised up the great Protestant Reformation.

Her writings, outside of scripture are unmatched. Unbelievable.

And you all should know this....Her wound has healed. Just as the Bible said it would.

And the world is once against....Marveling after the beast. Beast in Prophecy is a nation.and only Rome is a soveriegn religious nation. Sitting on the city of 7 hills and adorned in Gold and Scarlet.

Google a picture of her leader....and he’s almost always in Gold and Scarlet. God even gave us her colors:

Revelation 13:3

Revelation 13:3
King James Version
3 And I saw one of his heads as it were wounded to death; and his deadly wound was healed: and all the world wondered after the beast.

***indulgences for sin were publicly offered for sale by the authority of the pope.***

Any different than some shyster so-called preachers demanding their TV audience send in $1000 as “Seed Money?”
Remember when Oral Roberts told his listeners to send in money or “God may call me home!”

I will say one thing, the Catholics did use that Indulgence money to build some glorious Cathedrals. Still the pride of Europe till the moslems burn them.

Today, the world flocks to her. Bows down to her. Politicians, Government leaders, the heads of nations, celebrities, ......she charms their eye.

They don’t read the Bible....they are seduced and charmed by her. Even Evangelicals reach out to her.....Ecumenism,, the world council of churches, they are all members.

She knows she has them all.....she bides her time. She is positioning herself to lead the entire world as it implodes and it’s going to implode.

Jesus said it would....Matthew 24, the little apocalypse. And Jesus sees the Sabbath at the end of time in Matthew 24 too. A time of trouble such as never was......Its coming.

But as in Daniel 6:5.....she won’t be able to persuade a small company who have read and studied the Bible. So when her universal day of worship is enforced.......there is only one way she will be able to deal with this “remnant”

Read Daniel 6:5. They couldn’t find anything on him....then they decided the only way to get him would be something concerning “The law of his God.”

Wow....the table is being set for the great end time battle:

Daniel 6:5:

5 Then said these men, We shall not find any occasion against this Daniel, except we find it against him concerning the law of his God.

Another beautiful compelling quote about this hero of God, Luther...by Ellen White:

Quote:

Luther now entered boldly upon his work as a champion of the truth. His voice was heard from the pulpit in earnest, solemn warning. He set before the people the offensive character of sin, and taught them that it is impossible for man, by his own works, to lessen its guilt or evade its punishment. Nothing but repentance toward God and faith in Christ can save the sinner. The grace of Christ cannot be purchased; it is a free gift. He counseled the people not to buy indulgences, but to look in faith to a crucified Redeemer. He related his own painful experience in vainly seeking by humiliation and penance to secure salvation, and assured his hearers that it was by looking away from himself and believing in Christ that he found peace and joy

Her writings are nothing short of spetacular. She calls it as it is....and it’s all supported by the Bible. All of it.

Martin Luther may have been many other things, but he was also a raging Jew-hater. His baseless hatred of an entire people, and the crimes later committed because this important leader provided the intellectual and moral cover for the oldest and most irrational hatred, utterly stain whatever he may have done that was worthwhile.

Here’s more on what Ellen White had to say about Luther.....wow!! who wrote like this?

Quote:

Luther’s teachings attracted the attention of thoughtful minds throughout all Germany. From his sermons and writings issued beams of light which awakened and illuminated thousands. A living faith was taking the place of the dead formalism in which the church had so long been held. The people were daily losing confidence in the superstitions of Romanism. The barriers of prejudice were giving way. The word of God, by which Luther tested every doctrine and every claim, was like a two-edged sword, cutting its way to the hearts of the people. Everywhere there was awakening a desire for spiritual progress. Everywhere was such a hungering and thirsting after righteousness as had not been known for ages. The eyes of the people, so long directed to human rites and earthly mediators, were now turning in penitence and faith to Christ and Him crucified.

Sorry bruh, I don’t know what that means.

But look at this quote from Ellen White on Luther.

Who writes like this? Amazing!! She’s talking about when the Papacy power decided they had had enough of the Reformer, Luther. It was action time......

Look how she describes this massive monolithic organization, this counterfeit Church and her attitude toward Luther.....wow! And to think she’s going to get her power back too.....to do the very same thing to those who refuse to bow to her:

Quote:

This arrangement was finally effected, and the pope’s legate was appointed to hear the case. In the instructions communicated by the pontiff to this official, it was stated that Luther had already been declared a heretic. The legate was therefore charged “to prosecute and constrain without any delay.” If he should remain steadfast, and the legate should fail to gain possession of his person, he was empowered “to proscribe him in every part of Germany; to banish, curse, and excommunicate all those who are attached to him.”—Ibid., b. 4, ch. 2. And, further, the pope directed his legate, in order entirely to root out the pestilent heresy, to excommunicate all, of whatever dignity in church or state, except the emperor, who should neglect to seize Luther and his adherents, and deliver them up to the vengeance of Rome.

Here is displayed the true spirit of popery. Not a trace of Christian principle, or even of common justice, is to be seen in the whole document. Luther was at a great distance from Rome; he had had no opportunity to explain or defend his position; yet before his case had been investigated, he was summarily pronounced a heretic, and in the same day, exhorted, accused, judged, and condemned; and all this by the self-styled holy father, the only supreme, infallible authority in church or state!

And Jesus sees church and state again just before he returns.....the 2 beasts of Revelation 13, The prophecies in places like Matthew 24 and Mark...(Mark 13:9) he puts church and state in the very same text!

The prophecies of Daniel.....the metal man in Daniel 2.....You see Babylon, Medo Persia, Greece, and Rome..Pagan Rome. But Pagan Rome the iron in the legs is broken up and then in the feet, you have clay mixed with iron......So Rome is still around at the end of time!

But Europe will never be totally united again...Clay and Iron don’t mix.......but there’s the Iron..pagan rome to Papal rome.

Amazing......just amazing and we are watching it happen. The world will marvel after her and already is. The next pope will be key......able to smooth talk the world.....and she will have the world at her feet. America is turning Catholic in many areas .....Half of the Supreme Court is......CATHOLIC. Dig that.

For sure, unbelievable. Riddled with false doctrine. Even at the beginning of EGW's con job, like Eve, she disobeyed the Biblical method of pleasing the Godhead and the common, still-extant counsel of The Faith:
=========
1Timothy 2:8-13 (AV):

8I will therefore that men pray every where, lifting up holy hands, without wrath and doubting.
9In like manner also, that women adorn themselves in modest apparel, with shamefacedness and sobriety; not with broided hair, or gold, or pearls, or costly array;
10But (which becometh women professing godliness) with good works.
11Let the woman learn in silence with all subjection.
12But I suffer not a woman to teach, nor to usurp authority over the man, but to be in silence.
:13For Adam was first formed, then Eve.
14And Adam was not deceived, but the woman being deceived was in the transgression.
15Notwithstanding she shall be saved in childbearing, if they continue in faith and charity and holiness with sobriety.
=========
That was not merely for Paul's time, but for all time. Jesus never delegated His authority to females for the formation of a denomination or for instructing Christian men, but rather to learn His Will from the spiritually mature men appointed by Him.

Ellen G. White was not Biblically authorized to evangelize or teach.

Aside from Ellen White, the plagiarism inherent in much of her work, and the unbiblical practice of women preaching in the churches - there is much evidence for real problems with the idolatry of the Roman Catholic church.

Did you know it even removed the Second Commandment forbidding idolatry? And then split the commandment concerning coveting into two, so there remained ten Commandments.
That even carried forward into the Lutheran Churches catechisms, at least until 1945. Haven’t checked later versions, but don’t take my word for it. Check it for yourself.

So, here is more fuel for the fire.

https://www.chick.com/information/article-listing?subject=catholicism

Enjoy.

“CATHOLICISM

“Are Catholics Truly Christian?

“Quite the opposite. In the mid-1970’s, when Jack Chick first began to understand what Roman Catholicism really teaches, he knew it was idolatry. He also knew that to speak out against it would be unpopular and hurt his publishing company.

After much prayer, he made the decision that, no matter what it cost him personally, he would publish the truth that Roman Catholicism is not Christian. He did it because he loves Catholics and wants them to be saved through faith in Jesus, not trusting in religious liturgy and sacraments.

He paid a price for that decision in many ways, as priests and nuns entered Christian bookstores screaming and making a scene, demanding that the store owner not stock Chick tracts on Catholicism. But that did not change the truth that worshipping a wheat wafer, praying to Mary or the “saints,” or paying for your own sins in purgatory was more pagan than Biblical.

God has been faithful (as He always is) and has protected Chick Publications over the years. Jack Chick made it clear that if he had it to do over again, he wouldn’t have changed a thing. The letters from so many Catholics who have gotten saved carry one theme: “Thank you for loving us enough to tell us the truth!” Those precious people make it all worthwhile.”

Expecting a whole lot of diatribes again.
The hatred for Biblical truth is rampant.

Matthew 10:33,34
“ . .33 But whosoever shall deny me before men, him will I also deny before my Father which is in heaven. 34 Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword.”.
