Why do the Church and the world still need Pope Francis?

Victor Manuel Fernández: Because this world needs a father, someone who reflects like him the fatherhood of God.

He knows him perfectly, because he's been at his side for many years. Some say that Cardinal Victor Manuel "Tucho" Fernández has been Pope Francis' theological alter ego since he was his adviser at the 5th Conference of the Latin American and Caribbean Episcopate in Aparecida (2007). Therefore, he wanted him by his side and sent him to come to Rome, to entrust him with nothing less than the dicastery for the Doctrine of the Faith (other Supreme) and turn the great intuitions and reforms of the Pope of spring into lasting doctrine.

When the Pope is to leave the Gemelli hospital (after 37 days admitted), to continue his miraculous recovery in Casa Santa Marta, we wanted to ask this question to the Argentine Cardinal: Why do the Church and the world still need Pope Francis?

These are the 7 stony reasons (what seven headlines.) of the Prefect of Doctrine of the Faith:

Because he is a man of God, visibly in love with the Gospel of Jesus.

Because he goes further, with an uncommon intuition, which transcends all immediacy.

Because he has a bulletproof bravery that allows him to say what politicians are silent.

Because he is a poet, who with gestures and few words sums up what others cannot express with long elucubations.

Because it is coherent, austere, dedicated, capable of giving up.

Because it is the most powerful voice of the poor and abandoned of this earth.

Because this world needs a father, someone who reflects God's fatherhood like him.

Years ago, Tucho Fernandez wrote “The Art of Kissing.” His sequel should be “The Art of Kissing... Your Boss’s Ass.”

We don’t need a pope, we have Christ turn to him not a living man.

We may need a pope, but we don’t need the heretic and minion of Satan Bergoglio usurping the role.

I agree, but the Church has leaders, and they must do their job.

Who “needs” a Pope??? No one.

Is Christ our salvation, and our mediator in heaven? YES.

We are all “priests”, who are washed in the Blood.
We do not require anything or anyone to pray to our Father, other than Salvation by the Blood of Christ.

Neither the Church or world has need of him. He should retire and spend the rest of his life contemplating Christ, if he even truly believes in Him.

Don’t be surprised when you see this man appear on the balcony after the next conclave.

Yes you do need a priest. Without a priest you don’t have the Eucharist, and without consuming the body and blood of our Lord you do have life within you.

I think it's a very safe bet that that won't happen.

I wish I could say the same about Parolin.

Why do you think it’s a safe bet?
