From the totally anti Christian, “Christian Post”?
Yeh this poll is fake news. As religious spirituality is surging among young people.
I haven’t read the article, but you can’t call yourself a Christian if you don’t believe in the Trinity. IMHO.
Yes, a totally trustworthy source for all topics Christian. /sarc
There are binitarians (Sp) that only believe in the Father and Son. The members of the group Philiis, Craig and Dean hold to that belief.
Satan belives in the Trinity. Belief is HEART belief.
Did they survey the ultra-liberal Unitarians or something?

Nope, as reported by The Cultural Research Center at Arizona Christian University.

I don’t dispute that, but let’s remember that religious spirituality does not guarantee right, orthodox beliefs.
Establishment Jesus is the Jesus that Jesus warned everyone about.
The Gospels are filled with the accounts of what the Establishment did to Jesus.
By the time the Establishment got through with Jesus, nobody could recognize him.
I struggle with understanding the Trinity, but I accept that Religion is a life long journey, which requires constant study and reevaluation.
According to their report, The research was part of the annual American Worldview Inventory series conducted by the Cultural Research Center under the direction of Dr. George Barna.

You are 100% spiritual accurate.
If one rejects the Holy Trinity, then one is not Christian.
I don’t know who they polled, but anyone who is a genuine Christian believes in the Trinity. It is THE basic tenet of Christianity that Jesus is God incarnate. Without that, he was just a good man.
I think it’s hard to deny that the West et al is drifting towards ever greater secularism and even atheism.
Big government (as government encroaches into religions realm, they compete for influence), globalization, public education, the arts and movies all push this.
Of course the young will be more impacted than the more mature and already formed folks.
This is bad in so many ways. I would argue the foundation of our Republic depends on a certain value system, as does our democratic systems (why it doesn’t work everywhere). Christianity plays a major role in this equation.
They must have limited their poll to Democrats.
I have family members who are Apostolic and claim those who believe in the Trinity have accepted false theology.
Had a friend who said he was a Christian. Why? Because he believed there was “a” God. Completely ignorant of the historicity of the life of Christ and his work. Matthew 7::22-23 is operative.
