The challenge will come to us regarding how much we believe the Bible versus our feelings or the worldly narratives today, shaping the culture and group-think to make their own disciples.
The video is 1:09:17 long, just for your information.
Real Life with Jack Hibbs ping
I must get back to reading it now.
We certainly are living in the Daze of Deception...
I have it as well, and will be reading it. Mr mm grabbed it first but I need to finish Amir’s book on Revelation first.
The messages are fascinating. He shows video clips of a lot of what he states, so it’s backed up with evidence and sometimes hearing it is better than reading it.
I see videos and books as complimenting each other. The visual is sometimes more effective, but the book can cover more detail.
2 Thessalonians 2:1-4
21st Century King James Version
2 Now we beseech you, brethren, by the Coming of our Lord Jesus Christ and by our gathering together unto Him,
2 that ye be not soon shaken in mind or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter as if from us that the Day of Christ is at hand.
3 Let no man deceive you by any means, for that Day shall not come, unless there come a falling away first, and that Man of Sin be revealed, the Son of Perdition,
4 who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God or that is worshiped, so that he sitteth as God in the Temple of God, showing himself to be God.

2nd Thessalonians 2:7-12
21st Century King James Version
7 For the Mystery of Iniquity doth already work: only he who now holdeth back will hold him back, until he is taken out of the way.
8 And then shall that Wicked one be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the Spirit of His mouth, and shall destroy with the Brightness of His Coming—
9 even him, whose coming is according to the working of Satan, with all power and signs and lying wonders,
10 and with all the deceit of unrighteousness in those who perish, because they received not the love of the Truth, that they might be Saved.
11 And for this cause God shall send them Strong Delusion, that they should believe a lie,
12 that they all might be damned who believed not the Truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.

OH I agree!!! Having sat under the study of God's Word being taught by Pastor Jack, I can vouch for learning more by " hearing" sometimes that the visual reading.
I tend to mark my books with notes as I read and that helps me immensely!
Pastor Jack says the book and the sermons are not on the same topic.
I’m listening to Part 3 of the sermon series.
Part #1-—Dazed
Good STUFF!
