Saudi Arabia has announced significant changes for the 2025 Hajj pilgrimage, including a new rule prohibiting children from accompanying pilgrims. The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah stated that the decision was made to protect children from the dangers of overcrowding during the pilgrimage, which sees millions of worshippers gathering annually.

The ministry emphasized that the restriction aims to safeguard young children from potential risks associated with managing large crowds in hazardous situations. The move is also intended to make the pilgrimage experience more seamless for all attendees.

Priority for First-Time Pilgrims

First-time pilgrims will be given preference for the 2025 Hajj. Saudi authorities said this measure is aimed at allowing more Muslims the opportunity to perform the sacred journey at least once in their lifetime.

Saudi citizens and residents can now apply for the 2025 Hajj season through the Nusuk app or the official website. Applicants must verify their information and register their travel companions.

To ease the financial burden, the ministry has introduced an installment-based payment option for domestic pilgrims. Pilgrims can pay for Hajj packages in three installments:

Seems like they had to try hard not using terms such as trafficking, child assault, etc. while explaining the reasoning behind no children.

“...to protect children...

At a religious retreat? I was told this was the religion of peace. If it is, then why would children be vulnerable. Is God, especially theirs, not going and any others not welcome? This is closer to santanism than religion. Or is it one in the same?

Looks like Ramandan and Hajj won’t conflict with Pascha/Easter this year!

Good!

“ISlime and satanism are pretty much the same thing.”

I did a fraction of a lecture on just this topic a number of years ago while DOD. Here is my comparison:

“The Satanic Bible is a collection of essays, observations, and rituals published by Anton LaVey in 1969. It is the central religious text of Satanism, and is considered the foundation of its philosophy and dogma. It contains violent theological questions or determinations for religion, crime, mass suicide that is consistent with modern societies, and that there can be no peace in a satanic world.”

So are they pretty much the same thing? They are brothers from another mother. You are astute who is intelligent, perceptive, or quick to understand and learn. Now be vewy, vewy afraid of them...both.

“Last year I think they had a stampede”

Actually the deaths were attributed to heat stroke and people from many countries were all part of the problem. But that shouldn’t have anything to do with just one group, children, as if it is a religion of peace, wouldn’t everyone be looking out for the other and getting water and rest to those that succomed? A lot of concern coming from this loving “divinity.”
