Monsignor Joseph Strickland, 66, the former Bishop of Tyler, Texas, launched a weekly video show on social media called "A Shepherd's Voice" on 13 January.
In the first episode, he pronounces the truism that we have "a really bad situation" in the Church: "Some of the shepherds have shown themselves to be either incompetent or dishonest."
Truth is being pushed aside and even "the Holy Father himself" is spreading the falsehood that all religions are ways to God.
He recalls that "we [= the generation before Vatican II] have been brought up with the idea that the Holy Father and all those in the Church hierarchy will never lead us astray".
However, the official teachings of the Church are not to be confused with the individual opinions of even popes, says Bishop Strickland : "They can and do contain error.”
"A great travesty has taken place. Most bishops are cowardly hirelings, or worse, wolves, actively endangering the sheep and leading them away from Christ".
Commenting on the pagan idol Pachamama, Bishop Strickland said that the reference to a pagan god was made at the Vatican during the Amazon Synod: "This is a violation of the first commandment and an abomination before God."
And: "The line between Catholicism and paganism is being blurred."
Monsignor Strickland adds other failures of Francis, such as his ambiguous statements, for instance, on whether non-Christians need Christ to achieve salvation, or his acceptance of a statue of Martin Luther in the Vatican.

Francis is an anti-Pope without question, his statements so incontrovertibly false that even non-Christians agree he is full of shit. His overthrow would be both legitimate and in keeping with Church doctrine.

Vigano and Strickland should start a new Priestly Fraternity and ordain priests to say the TLM and preach the true faith.
