In my Church, those clamorers seem to view ordained ministry in terms of power, authority, and throwing their (often considerable) weight around rather than in terms of selfless 24/7/365.25 service to Our Lord and His Church.
To be fair, there are also males who exhibit this mistaken view of ordained ministry ...
