Lutheran World Federation is the cabal of heretics who still call themselves Lutheran, like the ELCA here. If Francis wanted to connect with Christ-following Lutherans, he would invite the LCMS and the churches throughout the world associated with it. He doesn’t; apostates join other apostates.
