If women feel called by God to preach the word of The Lord, then let them preach it! Christianity is under attack in America. We need all the sincere reinforcements we can get.
Traditional ways are not the only ways to accomplish the same goals. They are not always taking positions away from men.

I like your premise; I might, though, rephrase it: “If women are genuinely full of the Holy Spirit I want to hear from them.”
I would direct the attention of those who are inveterate detractors to the revival in, e.g., Iran, where women are at the forefront. God will use whom He will.
God will not contradict His word on this issue. He won't give requirements for the office and then turn around and do something else.
So long as it is God they are praising, and not something secular or personal, such as LGBT etc, etc.
The issue is they are disobeying God in this manner.

Second, we are committed to celebrating and supporting LGBTQ+ women and open and affirming congregations, while also working with individuals and congregations who are not affirming and those who are still discerning.
As we put these commitments into practice, we pledge that we will make the hard decisions necessary to prioritize the safety and wellbeing of women of global majority and LGBTQ+ persons.
