I expect you hope but don't really know unless they speak up. Even then you would be depending on them being honest and if they are gay could you really depend on them being honest?
I have known a man who became a priest after being widowed, one who was an Anglican priest and married to a woman before becoming a Catholic priest, while still married. I can think of three who left the priesthood to marry women. A couple who broke off relationships with women to follow their priestly vocation.
Those are some I can think of off the top of my head. I hope you would not paint all priests with the gay brush. Straight ones exist. They need to speak up.
