The Episcopal “Church’s” New “Pride Shield” Logo is Emblematic of the Harlot Church’s Apostasy

Just recently, the Episcopal Church—a totally apostate harlot that bears no resemblance whatsoever to the Bride of Christ—unveiled a new logo. This new “Pride shield” shamelessly merges the historic Episcopal shield with the garish colors of the LGBTQABCDEFG+++ Pride flags. The arrogance of such a move is astounding.

One must marvel at the sheer irony of a so-called “church,” one that claims to represent Christ, celebrating what the Bible explicitly condemns. In Romans 1, we see a clear depiction of God’s wrath against humanity’s unrighteousness and sexual immorality. It states unequivocally that those who suppress the truth in unrighteousness are given over to depraved minds, committing acts that are shameful and dishonorable.

Clearly, the Episcopal Church is given over to depravity, so this “pride shield” should not surprise anyone. Yet, the Episcopal Church’s endorsement of sexual immorality is nothing short of blasphemy—aligning themselves with such trash, they stand in total condemnation of God’s truth. Let’s not be fooled by their facade of “inclusion” and “progress.” In reality, they are capitulating to the world’s demands while lifting their middle finger to the only one who matters.

But let’s take a step back and examine the root of this apostasy, the bigger and more important issue here. False churches almost always start out by compromising on women in the pastorate. This is why this is not a mere “secondary” or “tertiary” debate as many, for example, in the Southern Baptist Convention (SBC) are currently contending—rather, it’s a gateway to further theological and moral decay. The SBC is currently embroiled in this very debate. Once a “church” compromises on women pastors, it sets the ball rolling for all sorts of compromises.

The Episcopal Church’s new logo is definitely a symbol of pride, but it is also a glaring testament to their spiritual bankruptcy. Pride always goes before the fall. As we witness these acts of apostasy all throughout the professing Church, be aware that the path that leads to destruction is wide, and even most of what calls itself the “Church” is headed directly toward that gate.

Does this mean LGBT are more valuable than others?

This is why most liberals that claim to be “religious” are of this ilk

In Ephesians 6 (armor of God), the shield is supposed to be the shield of faith, not the shield of sapphic.

Just so they know. The rainbow is a sign from God that He will never flood the earth again because of what this “church” is celebrating.

The causes of their apostasy as well as that of other denominations goes back decades to their abandoning of traditional Christian theological and biblical teachings. Get those out of the way and the rest is easy. I had a professor of Christian History who was a conservative Protestant and he speculated that most Protestant denominations would wind up with something akin to Unitarianism: believe in nothing, and anything goes.

I’d say yes, sadly. These heretics need to be tossed into the sea 🌊 with millstones around their necks.

I was there on day one. In the late 80s I was on church board of an Episcopalian Church in Ct. All of a sudden gays - especially lesbians - took over the government of the church. It was like a coup. Immediately my pastor announced that he will be teaching Sunday school kids that AIDs is not God’s punishment on gays. I said why not? I resigned. The church was lost. I never saw the gay takeover coming.

You want to make yourseslf a little ill? Research what the light pink and light blue stripes are for.

This is a church that is outright advocating for minors being free to choose to have sexual relationships with adults.

Full stop.

(In Romans 1, we see a clear depiction of God’s wrath against humanity’s unrighteousness and sexual immorality.)

Yeah that's what it says alright.

The apostasy and the Days of Lot are upon us. As prophesied by Jesus Christ Himself.

Do NO harm, Christians, but reject this Godless Reprobate Agenda. (For the thread)

I’ve been saying that whenever the LGBTQ+ movement gains a foothold in an established institution, they eventually remake it in their own image. This is probably the most flagrant example that I’ve seen and is a caution to other denominations NEVER to let an openly LGBTQ+ person - no matter how “nice” that person may seem - into a position of authority: teacher, lector, member of the parish council, or anything else.

Yes, this is nothing more than an in-your-face, in-the-streets rebellion against Almighty God.

Completely reminiscent of Genesis chapter 19 referenced in Luke chapter 17.

A very bad idea.

That Old Serpent called the Devil and Satan is at work with the Dark Principalities and Powers.

(sapphic)

I learned a new word.

If that’s women what is it regarding men who do likewise?

Oh I looked it up: Achillean

Achillean and Sapphic.

Got it.

Here’s praying 🙏🙏🙏🛐🛐🛐 that some turn back to the Lord before it’s too late

Pay particular attention to verses 10-12

AND verse 3

2 Peter 3:2-12
King James Version

2 That ye may be mindful of the words which were spoken before by the holy prophets, and of the commandment of us the apostles of the Lord and Saviour:

3 Knowing this first,
that there shall come in the last days
scoffers, walking after their own lusts,

4 And saying, Where is the promise of his coming? for since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of the creation.

5 For this they willingly are ignorant of, that by the word of God the heavens were of old, and the earth standing out of the water and in the water:

6 Whereby the world that then was, being overflowed with water, perished:

7 But the heavens and the earth, which are now, by the same word are kept in store, reserved unto fire against the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men.

8 But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.

9 The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.

10 But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.

11 Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness,

12 Looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat?

We were attending a Church Social at our (then) home church.
For some reason, I didn’t want to be around anyone. I didn’t want to talk or even see them. I wanted to be left alone.

I started praying, because this is not like me at all.

As I was praying, I remembered distinctly we had passed an Episcopal Church on our way in, and they were displaying a banner promoting homosexual rights and the joy of being gay.

I went into a quiet room and prayed against the Spirit of Homosexuality. After a while I felt released and went and joined my friends in the church.

The warfare is real.
