While Pope Francis confirmed that he was assigning his most intimate Cardinals to lead the event planning to insure it becomes the inspirational and inclusive success it could and should be, he regretfully informed the press that he must turn down the Sisters request that he be Master of Ceremonies for the pageant.
Pope Francis gave his most heartfelt endorsement to the blessed event, but he regretfully made it clear that he must turn down the Sister most generous offer to allow him to officiate at the event and provide the pageant winners with their just rewards.
With a twinkle in his eyes, he admonished the assemble media celebs a wry smile and a quick wink, “Who am I to Judge?”
