This sophistry pretends to affirm sexual/gender distinctions but actually claims that you can swap your physical body to match a plastic, self-discerned psychological disposition, which amounts to a denial that psychological sexual/gender distinctions have a real relationship to physical sexual/gender distinctions. This further denies the real relationship between body and soul which is affirmed in the doctrines of the Trinity and Incarnation.
