There are 2 longtime, decades long members of my Congregation who are battling very aggressive Cancer.
I would appreciate prayer for them.

I would like to thank the FR prayer warriors for their support and efforts while my brother was in trouble with a relapse of a rather unforgiving illness (NOT CANCER).
While the prayers helped him the first time (he went into remission for over 7 years) the second time was less successful, and we lost him in mid-January.
The genuine concern and support from complete strangers was both inspiring and humbling, and I am in awe of the kindness shown him and myself.
Specifically, below is a partial list of those who chose to support and pray with my brother in mind, and I cannot express my gratitude properly. I know there were others who did not post to the thread, but prayed anyway.
Thank you again, from the bottom of my heart.

Save Ferris requests for friends:
1) A friend has been diagnosed with leukemia. Is now on chemotherapy. I may try to stop by his house and pray for him. I’ve got to listen to his voicemail first.
2) 2nd friend - pastor in his 80’s - heart trouble - going in for testing today - needs LOTS of prayers for healing - this man has been a Godsend, counseling me through very difficult waters; especially for 3 years now. A GREAT brother.
3) Another friend, pastor - in his 90’s - general health - been a GREAT brother in Christ for decades. He just needs healing and blessings. I often eat with him at restaurants on average about once per week or every other week.
Other prayer needs - well, the Lord already knows the needs before I ask. So I’ll simply ask for prayers there, too.

Prayers continuing, for all. 🙏🏻
Thank you, stars & stripes forever
1) saw the friend with leukemia about 7 -10 days ago - spoke to him and prayed with him
Tried to call a couple of days ago no answer - he’s at the VA a lot
2) I decided to try to call the 80+ year old pastor - just got off the phone with him
I was scared 3-4 weeks ago - he sounded MUCH better still needs prayers
3) 92+ years old pastor doing better - involved in so many ministries it’s amazing
And of course I ALWAYS need prayers for protection, guidance and mercy / grace.
