I’m going to sound like Eric Cartman from South Park but here goes. I have a feeling the “seeker Sensitive” movement came from a bunch of hippies who were smoking weed and thought it would be a good idea to start a church. They did and that is how seeker Sensitive came about. Now those hippies smoke weed before doing a “church” service.

I remember the 1960s when some students were told to take LSD before reading the Bible.
Lots of Hippie type “churches” sprang from that.
