A McLean County pastor has been convicted of embezzling from a church where she served.
Erin Gullickson, 45, was found guilty of felony theft of property Tuesday following a two-day trial in Washburn and faces up to 10 years in prison. A judge ordered a presentence investigation. Sentencing will be scheduled later.
Charges against Gullickson were filed in February 2023 after funds totaling nearly $80,000 were allegedly misappropriated from Our Savior Lutheran Church in Max. Gullickson served as pastor at Our Savior and also at Concordia Lutheran in Benedict. Both McLean County churches are congregations within the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America.
Gullickson diverted the funds over a period of years beginning in 2016 and used the money to purchase a variety of things including home goods, gas, groceries, clothing, jewelry and travel, according to an affidavit. Members of the church council at Our Savior discovered irregularities in the church's accounts, the document states.

Just for the sake of clarity.....this is a female.
Is she even a biological female?
While a man who, attempted to murder an unborn baby gets only 6 months in prison.
While what he did was bad, did it rise to the level of attempted murder? No- so why 10,years compared to a man who poisoned his wife and baby of only 6 months?
She stuffed her bank account with righteous dollar bills.
I went to “Our Savior Lutheran” preschool in Arlington 60 years ago. The principle had a habit of pulling your hair if you were bad. My dad fixed that by shaving my head
Notice that all of these female pastors look like this? You can’t tell if they are men or women. What is up with that? Do they all get their hair cut at “Just for Dykes”?

Gullickson’s actions were discovered by the church council after $40,000 of certificates of deposit were unaccounted for and found to have been diverted into an older account that the church’s council had believed to be closed years before.
Investigators described Gullickson’s spending as “egregious expenditures” in court documents, saying she spent all of the initial $40,000 within six months of the money being placed in the forgotten account.
Just sayin.....
“used the money to purchase a variety of things including home goods, gas, groceries, clothing....”
Every church I’ve ever been around provides the clergy with those things in one way or another.
Where i went all the staff wore habits.
Good. Maybe she will find religion in prison.

My wife always asks that question about lesbians......”if they like women so much, why try so hard to look like a man?”
It ain’t like in the movies.
What kinda movies you watchin’ brother? Lol!
Priestesses are always a bad idea.
Especially if you get caught.
Rather, if they hate men so much, why do they want to look like one?
