Tucho, on the other hand, has said that he has no problem with the Africans not implementing Fiducia, BUT his spin is a total lie. Tucho says that it’s not because the AFricans objecting to doctrinal problems whatsoever with Fiducia but rather because the Church doesn’t want to expose African gays to criminal/civil penalties in their countries.

Why is this a surprise? They are blacks. Western secular thought now is that blacks can do whatever they want. That’s not what God says, but we all know what side the Pope is on.
