To my knowledge, Bergoglio hasn’t publicly said what Ambongo says he says. Tucho, on the other hand, has said that he has no problem with the Africans not implementing Fiducia, BUT his spin is a total lie. Tucho says that it’s not because the AFricans objecting to doctrinal problems whatsoever with Fiducia but rather because the Church doesn’t want to expose African gays to criminal/civil penalties in their countries.

Why is this a surprise? They are blacks. Western secular thought now is that blacks can do whatever they want. That’s not what God says, but we all know what side the Pope is on.
