During one of these attacks against the nation, some nations that have relationships with Israel question the attack but do not come to Israel’s aid. So, the posted article is not just speaking of what’s happening right now. In Ezekiel 38:11 it states that Israel will be dwelling in unwalled villages (i.e., they will believe that they are secure) it also states in the book of Revelation that the temple will be rebuilt and that animal sacrifices will be taking place. Many Christians wonder about all these things but, at least for right now, no one knows how it will all play out. Some things surely have to change for there to be no walls keeping her enemies out and for the temple to be rebuilt - especially if it will be built at its original site.
