"Unfortunate", ET? Hardly! As an ex-FRoman, I thank Almighty God every single day for saving me by His GRACE through faith alone in Jesus Christ alone and not by religious works that even you cannot find the assurance of your own salvation in. Do you KNOW you have eternal life? If not, why do you call God a liar? I pray some day you come to understand these truths.

Even if we accept human testimony, the testimony of God is greater. For this is the testimony that God has given about His Son. Whoever believes in the Son of God has this testimony within him; whoever does not believe God has made Him out to be a liar, because he has not believed in the testimony that God has given about His Son. And this is that testimony: God has given us eternal life, and this life is in His Son. Whoever has the Son has life; whoever does not have the Son of God does not have life. I have written these things to you who believe in the name of the Son of God, so that you may know that you have eternal life. (I John 5:9-13)

The common hatred of ex-Catholics, turned protestants, of the One True Church has me even more convinced I’m in the True Church, founded by Jesus Christ.
