Of course not. I cannot think of ANY such organization, can you? And in fact, I don’t recall ever hearing anyone proclaim that such an organization has ever existed on this planet! Even the twelve apostles had sinners and a traitor among them!
In your zeal to criticize and undermine religious organizations you seem not to know much about you have a habit of setting up straw men to criticize.
