The only reason I cited Luther is because questions about how ho formed the Canon were asked. Luther is the founder of Protestantism, so naturally many people assume he was the one who decided for Protestants which books were in the Bible.
Again...Luther isn't the "founder of Protestantism". That word was invented by Catholics as a polemic against those who participated in the Reformation. And I know you didn't read the article I linked because you would have known that Luther only TRANSLATED the Bible into German for the common people. He didn't leave out ANY books - he even included the Apocrypha in a separate section (as had Jerome) - and he never asserted his German Bible was to be THE one Protestants used.

Luther did not *found* Protestantism unlike Constantine who founded Catholicism.
