Yes all scripture is profitable..totally agree. If one preaches expositorilly, verse by verse from a book of scripture, then nothing is missed. I gave an example of just finishing John after 5 years, with breaks in between to preach different books, going verse by verse. Nothing was missed doctrinally because the book determines the sermon.

Nothing is missed? Perhaps you have not realized the majesty of Scripture. God has written a masterpiece replete with undiscovered treasure. I have had people answer my questions with verses that I have memorized.
