“add Wells Fargo as two banks I will never do business with.”

Quit using their (BOA) credit card years ago when I saw how they virtually always supported positions I disagree with.

“No, because one is usual services and the other special services including a message.”

If the bakery doesn’t wish to provide services to any group that falls under the first amendment, just for the reason of the recognition within the amendment, then they are wrong. If they didn’t provide cakes to groups bigger than 500 or require certain types of hard to get products for the top, they are fine. But this one falls under constitutional rights and not opinions. This is why the bakery was taken to litigation. The baker won a supreme court decision on that one lost a later one:

“A Colorado baker who had won a narrow U.S. Supreme Court victory over his refusal to make a wedding cake for a gay couple on Thursday lost his appeal of a ruling in a separate case that he violated a state anti-discrimination law by not making a cake to celebrate a gender transition.”

With the legal system, it’s many times a toss up.
