In China, they have what is called Plan-35. Basically, if you are under 35 you will have the access to the most choice jobs that you can get. After 35, they push you out if you can be replaced.
This sounds a lot like the same thing. Depopulate the planet of useless eaters.
Historically, pagans have never held a high view of humanity. Babies were offered up to the demon gods such as Moloch and the sick and elderly abandoned. Fast forward to the post-Christian Western new pagan movements--Marxist Communism, Hitlers Socialism, Progressive Liberalism, and now Global Transhumanism...and we see the same low view that when acted upon has led to the deaths of millions of men, women, and children during the 20th century and to millions of aborted human beings right here in America.

This has been S.O.P. in Corporate America since at least the 80's.
Unofficial, sure.
But it’s basically official policy of the Chinese government.
People shouldn't trust corporations. Corporations (big organizations in general) are not human beings, they are machines. People who go to work for large companies thinking their jobs are safe are mistaken (BIG TIME).
If a person cannot move up in an organization (and many good people cannot move up), they need to plan ASAP for some kind of self-employment.
Self-employed people at least have some control over their futures.
So what happens to all their social programs? Who is going to pay for them? Or do they just plan on ‘immigration’ to replace them, you know, all of those ‘refugees’ that happen to be composed, almost exclusively, of fighting age males, from countries that hate them.
Genius.
Beyond all of the valid consequences you spelled out, there is the little matter of who will be willing to give their own lives to protect stupid globalists and their managerial class from other world powers.
God haters are open about it now.
