The Book of Enoch talks about fallen angels and technology (if perhaps in an antediluvian context).
And before anyone screams, "The Book of Enoch is not part of Scripture!" keep in mind that C.S. Lewis's "Space Trilogy" isn't in Scripture, but it is still worth reading because it presents some very interesting ideas.
