You can’t trademark dinosaurs, or vines, or shrubbery, or a waterfall. As long as they didn’t use the logo, there’s nothing actionable in any of that. Showing clips from the movie might be an issue, but since he is commenting on it and giving a sermon using it, it’s fair use, and they wouldn’t get anywhere suing a non-profit for fair use.
