As an act of ‘obedience’ to the Lord to build bridges, Pastor Greg Locke of Global Vision Bible Church has built one, with arch-heretic Benny Hinn.
Readers of Protestia will recognize Locke as the controversial Tennessee pastor who notoriously divorced his wife of two decades and quickly married his secretary, threatened a Dunkin’ Donuts worker with kicking his teeth down his throat, and taped and zip-tied a bible to a baseball bat and then demolished a doll house on screen.
Locke has been elbows deep in ‘deliverance ministry’ after a bunch of witches supposedly have been harassing his church and has partnered up with crackpot Isaiah Saldivar to help him get the problem under control.
Now, he’s on Hinn’s program.
Locke appeared on Benny Hinn’s show and gave a testimony of the power of God in his church, which includes 78 straight Sundays of mass deliverance, made plans to do an event together, and then Hinn invited Greg Locke to pray for anyone watching, so that demons will flee from their bodies.
Yes and Greg smashed a doll house with a Bible tapped to a baseball bat on stage.
Every Catholic church delivers mass on every Sunday. Ditto the Eucharist in Anglican and Lutheran churches, as well as in the Church of Christ.
Was Yakety Sax playing in the background?
some religious personalities are no different than idols God tells us not to worship
What did Hinn do or say that makes him an “arch-heretic”?
Must be pretty bad if he’s “arch.”
Greg Locke Repents of Writing Book Against Benny Hinn, Now Considers Him a ‘Friend’
The excerpt below is from the link above. The Protestia web-site is polemical news site that dedicates itself to providing Christian news and discernment in an age of widespread censorship. We document the downgrade of the church while being a resource for those wanting to know more about the figures and folks abusing the bride of Christ and taking us further and further away from sound biblical orthodoxy.
Benny Hinn has long been regarded as the apex predator of the sheep slaughtering world, peddling his particularly noxious brand of property preaching for over 40 years. Renowned as the undisputed titan of televangelism, Benny Hinn has been spreading his distinctively twisted brand of prosperity gospel for almost four decades. With an estimated net worth hovering between 40 and 60 million dollars, he enjoys a lavish lifestyle, including private jets, a sprawling mansion, and high-end hotel suites. His healing crusades have drawn massive crowds, sometimes exceeding 7 million attendees, all clamoring for miracles and an escape from poverty as he preaches word-faith heresy, ‘name it and claim it’ doctrine, ‘little god’ theology, and his wildly blasphemous interpretation of the Trinity as nine beings.
