He does. I’m saying the Roman Catholic just doesn’t ask for forgiveness and that’s it. Every Roman Catholic I’ve talked to mentions having to do something like say so many hail Mary’s, other things, etc.

It’s called *penance* and is a requirement to do the assigned works in order to be assured (according to Catholicism) that your sins have been forgiven.

it you don’t do your penance, you get no forgiveness.
