The problem is when is THE Sabbath?
If you have researched the fundamental beliefs of your denomination and have accepted and affirmed those tenets, then follow what your denomination (or your strain of Catholicism or Orthodox) does, since the family/congregaton aspect is a key part of a Sabbath whenever possible, especially if you are a faith leader for your children.
If you are still a “cafeteria Christian”, try studying the New Testament chapters that make references to the Sabbath. It hass become easier to do now that the Bible and keywords are widely available free online. Doing so may lead you to on your path to feeling assurance in a denominational home. Find a Statement of Beliefs or a catechism that you believe is most worthy not because of personalities or amenities but because of doctrine.
