He treated Him as if He had committed every sin ever committed by every person who would believe though in fact Jesus committed none of them.

That is adding to the text a thought which is not in the text. G\Jesus was sacrficied for all the people of the world, which means all the sins of the world, not just the sins of those who would believe. As a righteous judge, the gift had to be provided for all, though some would not accept the gift.
