Maybe the bishop knows more detail from the priest involved. Maybe he isn’t satan incarnate.

Why is the supposed priest not identified nor laicized?
Could it be because he's not a traditional priest?
I live in this Diocese. This is not the first controversy that Bp. Olsen has been involved in. He has had a bad reputation since he first arrived.
Whether or not the nun is “guilty,” Bp. Olsen should never have made these allegations public! He is committing the sin of detraction, and possibly slander and calumny, which are violations of the Eighth Commandment. (Since he wants to name a Commandment as justification for his behavior.). And what about the “unnamed priest?” Bp. Olsen is the one who has caused this scandal. However, since he has apparently been given this power by Bergolio, I’m not surprised. I also won’t be surprised if the nuns get shut down and the Bp. takes over their property. It’s what Bergolio and his buddies do.
