Then the dragon was enraged at the woman and went off to make war against the rest of her offspring—those who obey God’s commandments and hold to the testimony of Jesus. And the dragon stood on the shore of the sea.

And I saw a beast coming out of the sea. He had ten horns and seven heads, with ten crowns on his horns, and on each head a blasphemous name. The beast I saw resembled a leopard, but had feet like those of a bear and a mouth like that of a lion.

The beast was given a mouth to utter proud words and blasphemies and to exercise his authority for forty-two months. He opened his mouth to blaspheme God, and to slander his name and his dwelling place and those who live in heaven. He was given power to make war against the saints and to conquer them. And he was given authority over every tribe, people, language and nation. ALL INHABITANTS OF THE EARTH WILL WORSHIP THE BEAST—ALL WHOSE NAMES HAVE NOT BEEN WRITTEN IN THE BOOK OF LIFE belonging to the Lamb that was slain from the creation of the world.

He who has an ear, let him hear.
  If anyone is to go into captivity,

  with the sword he will be killed.
This calls for patient endurance and faithfulness on the part of the saints.

John the Revelator described the beast in Revelation 13:2 in terms of things he knew.

Frankly, it sounds more like he is describing a machine instead of an animal. Something akin to an M-1 Abrams tank but much more advanced.

I have thought that as well. Part of the mystery is finding out how his descriptions actually match up to the reality—though I suspect we’ll find other issues more pressing. Still, we’ll be watching from afar....

Just as we saw the sheep being compliant to the “rules for covid”, in the 3nd times, the people will be compliant with the rules of the ark of the beast. Folks will try to buy and sell without the mark, but the compliant sheeple will both not allow it, and will report it most likely. The Biden admin set up hotlines for people to squeel on each other during the pandemic, and I th8no this will also happen during the end times, with neighbor squeeling on neighbor, family member on family member.

There will of course be an underground network who will buck the rules and supply folks with needed things like food, gas perhaps, and other stuff, but these networks will be in great danger likely, as the sheeple will be co stsntly on the lookout for non compliant rebels. (Some say there will be miraculous provisions during this time as well)

Sadly we saw ,how fast and how completely the people turned on each other during covid. I think it’s gonna be much worse when the end times begin for those that get saved and refuse the mark after the rapture.

Yep. Blind willie got that way when hismom and pop got in a fight, and she threw lye at the father hoping to injure him but missed and hit the kid in the face. His voice is like that too because of that. But he didn’t hold ot agaisnt her, and learned to sing and play the slide guitar which you can hear pretty well in his dark was the night song. His “dark was the night” is pretty eerie sounding too.

He was a great inspiration for blues singers and even rock singers, which was why they chose his song to send into space.

Dr Jeremiah the preacher thinks demons will walk the streets in full view of th3 wicked people during that time, and nobody will bat an eyelash about it because wickedness will be so rampant and vile and criminal etc during that time. So, a beast coming out of the earth would be a (relatively-speaking) sparsely inhabited land?
Yeah, kinda like #24 suggests = 'merica! - started like a lamb! ...religious freedom & all (and the 2 horns could represent the separation of church & state, though, eventually...dragon!)
