The Pontifical Marian Academy inaugurated an “Observatory for Marian Apparitions and Mystical Phenomena” in mid-April.
Father Stefano Cecchin, President of the Academy, told AlfaYOmega.es (April 30), that [the stupid] bishops are "not prepared" to deal with apparitions.
So, his academy will do it. The bishop will then rubber-stamp ("decide") Cecchin's decision, which means: more Vatican centralism. Previously, each bishop was responsible for apparitions in his diocese.
Cecchin says that there are "warning signs" which show that an apparition is false, “Would a mother want to punish her children by sending them illness, death...?" he sentimentalises. His answer, "Not at all." According to him, apparitions that speak of God's punishments "are absolutely false.”
Consequently, the Gospels are "false" because Christ warns more of hell than he promises heaven.
The apparitions of Fatima, recognised by the Church, are also "false" because they warn of hell and contain a terrifying vision. The visionaries, little children, are told by Our Lady to atone for the sinners “so that God will not have to punish them too much” and that most of the souls in hell are there for sins against chastity.
At Fatima, the Blessed Mother warned Jacinta and Franciso that they would both die soon. She wasn't punishing them. The two are saints now. She had promised them both that She would take them to Heaven.

Apparently, Father Stefano Cecchin has created God in his own image.
So has Bergoglio with his all-merciful "god" who never judges and always forgives, regardless of lack of remorse.
Pope Francis Must Stop the Madness
His recent off-the-cuff remarks instructing priests not to deny absolution to anyone who comes to Confession, for instance. This is in direct contradiction to the teaching of the Church concerning the requisite dispositions required for the valid reception of God’s pardon in the sacrament of penance.
Penitents who, for whatever reason, refuse to repent of the sins they may accuse themselves of in confession cannot be absolved. It would have seemed unthinkable that Pope Francis would say they should be absolved anyway. But he did.
Speaking of Pharaoh, Bergoglio's Vatican Museum is devoting time and effort to recovering statues of false gods of the pharaohs.

Its curator Alessia Amenta spearheaded the 'Sekhmet Project' gathering data about hundreds of statues of the ancient goddess.
With the body of a woman and the head of a lioness, the ancient goddess Sekhmet was the protector of pharaohs, the patroness of physicians and the commander of diseases and plagues: able to cast them or cure them at will.
Next, Alessia will work on collecting statues of the false goddess, Pachamama, for Bergoglio's personal collection.
