Some are opinions, as evidenced by the above passage.I suppose therefore that this is good because of the present distress—that it is good for a man to remain as he is:
Are you bound to a wife? Do not seek to be loosed. Are you loosed from a wife? Do not seek a wife.
Don't get me wrong--I'm not denigrating Scripture. However, Paul has inserted some of his own opinions into his teaching.

So, how does one differentiate between a personal apostolic opinion and an inspired teaching from the Holy Spirit other than the apostle himself explicitly telling us that it is his own opinion ( like the verse you just cited )?
