Based upon this extreme brevity to your(?) blog I did not know in which way he changed his mind, esp since anti-theists usually cite the presence of evil as a reason for their rejection. If PatriotandLiberty is your blog, as it appears to be, then you should post the whole of the article. Yet it turns out the link to your P+L blog directs to another blog to get more of the story.
Sears, who runs the YouTube channel AwakenWithJP, told his more than 2.80 million followers that over the past three years, he found himself “accidentally getting more Christian.” And Sears said he’s not alone. The past three years, evil isn’t hiding anymore. It’s coming at us through authoritarianism, movements, people groups, companies, and governments trying to invade our minds, invade our God-given free will. So, as that’s become more obvious, I think there’s a natural polarity that happens.
“I’m looking at these Christian values and they make way more sense to me now than they previously did.” Sears said he used to be embarrassed to talk about God, and would often substitute the term with alternatives, such as “the universe” and “the all-knowing,” but now says he finds joy in talking about Him.

He makes more money Youtubing than he would on stage. Also, his costs are lower. I doubt that hevwill tour, but you can enjoy his videos.
I was always under the impression that he was a Christian, so I am surprised to find out that he is not.

I have watched JP Sears before. IMHO he does an excellent job of pointing out the obvious in a blurry world where sometimes the truth is staring us in the face and we still miss it (or at least gloss over it).
One good thing that might come from this video is that it will encourage people to think about God. I mean really think.
A lot of people just go by the book (the Book) and don't really pause to think about Him. God's complex beyond our wildest imagination...and wonderfully so. But we have to think outside the box about Him because He is WAAAAAY outside the box. And as God has said, He also wants us to love Him with our minds (not just our hearts and souls and bodies).

JPSears’ position is that if someone is forcing you to do something that is clearly not in your best interest, they are evil.
A copper might write you a ticket — which can be in your long term interest assuming you are capable of learning; either to not do that thing or avoid getting caught.
You can be forced to pay taxes since that, theoretically, allows the gov’mt to build things that will benefit.
But, someone forcing you to take a jab/vax that science already admits protects you against a virus that has a vanishingly low chance of hurting you AND provides no protection against anyone else — THAT IS EVIL. Anyone engaging in such, or encouraging it are EVIL and must never be trusted in any other capacity. They have crossed the line and are not capable of coming back across. Never trust them to not do further evil.
Many will say that they made a “mistake” and all should be forgiven. No. They knew it was wrong (evil) and must never be forgiven.
And, please don’t give me any religious crappola about Gawd being a forgiving one. No. Not for some behaviors. See Sodom&Gomorra.
FR normally allows larger excerpts (usually at least 100 words and normally 300, while "Fair use" allows about 10%), while if you are the blog owner then why not post all the article? And rather than providing a 22 word bit of an article then you should just posted a worthy excerpt right from Caldron Pool. Instead, it makes you look like a "blog pimp" who is using FR. See An exhortation to those who post thread (normally post as much of the meat of the article as allowed, describe videos, etc.)

It sounds like that I speak with confidence and authority, but I honestly don’t in my mind and heart.
I have Aspergers and I speak from a factual POV, even if what I say is incorrect. It’s only incorrect because what I know is incorrect.
That’s I don’t mind being correct when I am. I welcome it, actually.
And God gives us freedom.
2 Timothy 3:1-3 looks like the good old days compared to where we are right now as a country.
