In the Eucharist, Christ is both priest and victim, just as he was on Calvary, because the Eucharist is Calvary, made present to us in our time.
So yes, the whole Church can rightly be said to offer up Christ the Victim, through Christ, the Priest, making again present to us the eternal offering* of Christ the Priest to the Father.
*The death of the victim isn't "the sacrifice," it only begins the sacrifice. Hebrews is very clear that Christ eternally offers his Blood to the Father in the heavenly Holy of Holies.
Serious questions: Has the Church's theology changed? CAN the Church's theology change?
