They’re telling me about 60% of the office wants no part of this and wishes Bragg and Reiss would just stop the nonsense.

That’s a good point. Most jurisdictions won’t extradite if the defendant is arrested out of state on a misdemeanor warrant and on a lot of low level felony warrants.
Well, the democRATS seem to screw up almost everything, so why should this be any different. There seems to be dozens of President Trump arrest stories, and how such an action will bolster and increase his popularity. The democRATS have turned the American Justice System upside down. Instead of discovering a crime and investigating, they are investigating a person, in search of a crime. Some DemocRATS are already talking about keeping President Trump out the next presidential election, keeping Trump off the ballot (in democRAT-run states).
Reminds me of Alcee Hastings. A democRAT’s rat if ever there was one. While they try to concoct criminal charges against President Trump, Hastings was elected despite his criminal past. Alcee became a Federal Judge, and was impeached by the Senate. Soon after what would for most regular folks be a career-ending event, Alcee was elected, by mostly RATS, to the United States House of Representatives. He picked a Congressional District that was 80% RATS. He later claimed that he was never able to obtain more power in the Congress due to the impeachment. He did not state that he was innocent, just that it hurt his chances to rise in the RAT power structure. I’m sure his fellow RATS could, privately, care less about his High Crimes & Misdemeanors. In their world, I’m sure he was lauded. However, they could not ignore the ‘optics’ of granting significant power to an impeached judge. Back in the days when the Drive-By Media had their news monopoly, such transgressions would have been easily buried.
President Trump is a major danger to The Deep State. Obama never faced a real opponent in his rise to power. He removed any real challengers before each election. Since most of people around ‘President Biden’ are Obama’s minions, and SloJo has no clue about most things, I call the current administration the Obama / Biden Regime. They are printing and stealing as much money as possible while they can.
If President Trump can return to the White House, and Ron DeSantis afterwards, it is possible to put a dent, a big hurt, on the institutionalized big government insanity.
