World Pride is currently taking place in Sydney, Australia.
As part of the event, a Mass was organised at a Catholic church in Glebe.
The event was advertised as a ‘Thanksgiving Mass, for the gift of LGBTIQA+ folk in the church and in the world’.
Footage has now emerged of a Catholic being ejected from the Mass by police, who were called over apparent ‘safety’ and ‘security’ concerns.
The video shows a Catholic man claiming that he had been ‘stereotyped’ as police asked him to leave the event. A well known transgender Anglican priest was spotted attending the Mass as the Catholic was removed.

I would argue that the reason why Romans 1:18-32 lists certain fruit associated with being turned over to depraved minds is to warn believers about those exhibiting that fruit.
The causes for being turned over are even though they knew of the Lord, knew the Gospel in the present context, they instead worshipped (gave glory) to something besides the Lord and were ungrateful to the Lord.
Whatever thing the depraved worshipped, whatever they were ungrateful for, may vary but the end result is the same. When you see the fruit of depravity you should consider yourself warned about the depraved.
The sermon should be as Jesus said “ go and sin no more” .
Celebration and Thanksgiving are in order only if the LGBTQ+ repent .
And before you know it, gays will be demanding a Catholic wedding, which was my worst fear when they legalized gay marriage.

The police are the standing army the Founders warned us about.
Why celebratory Masses for the gift of Sodomy, but no Masses for the gifts of Murder, Oppressing the Poor, or Defrauding Workers of Their Just Wages?
We still have far to go before we’ve sung a truly progressive church into being.
