Attend the NO mass for Jesus and read the latin during it...for Jesus. Donate nothing.
The priest has to give the sacrament, we need Jesus. The people have to keep the faith and Latin. We must do both. Priest should use as much Latin as possible. We need the priest and all he can do sacramentally (last rites, anointing, confession, Eucharist) FAR MORE than we need the Latin mass prayed...so he does the persona Christi stuff and we do the Latin continued/returned tradition as best we can.
