You’re judging him on false accusations, that is that you CLAIM he said God made a covenant with the US, which he never did.

You lost all credibility with your false representation of his position because anyone can check out what he’s said and see that you are wrong.

You want to believe the worst in him and will hear what you want him to have said to support it.

Have at it, but if you’re going to call someone a hypocrite for judging others after you judged him, look in the mirror.

Nonsense. I quoted the evidence in a previous post, but you were not paying attention. In his second book, Cahn suggested a covenant with America, as follows:

"Those who founded America not only foretold its future blessings—but also gave warning. It was this: if America ever turned away from God, then the same judgments that fell upon ancient Israel would fall upon America. The appearance of the same harbingers in America that had once appeared in the last days of ancient Israel matches their prophecies." [Cahn, Jonathan, "The Mystery of the Shemitah." FrontLine, 2014, Chap.7]

"One other mystery revealed in The Harbinger warranting mention here is that of the mystery ground. Embedded in America's foundation is a prophetic warning. The warning was given on America's first day as a nation. It concerns what will happen if America should ever turn away from God. Linked to that same day and that warning is a ground of earth—America's ground of consecration. It is here the nation was dedicated to God at its birth. It is this ground which joins together ancient Israel, 9/11, and a prophetic warning to America for this hour." [Ibid. Chap.3]

There is no scripture that supports the claim that God is in a covenantal relationship with America; so Cahn (who is not stupid) relied mostly on innuendo. But, then, either by accident or design, I cannot tell, he wrote this:

"The Shemitah was a sign of the nation's covenant with God. Everything they had, the land and all its blessings, was dependent on that covenant and their relationship with God. It was all entrusted to them, but it belonged to God." [Ibid. Chap.5]

So, according to Cahn, the Shemitah was the sign that the nation of Israel had a covenant with God. Later in the book, Cahn specifically linked the sign of the Shemitah with America:

"Why would the sign of the Shemitah, an ancient portent of judgment, be given to America in the first place? The answer lies in a metamorphosis that began thousands of years before America was born." [Ibid. Chap.7]

"The Shemitah comes once every seven years. It just so happens that the first Shemitah of the new millennium fell in the period of 2000–2001, the years of the Dot-Com Crash, a deepening recession, the attack of 9/11, and one of the greatest stock market day crashes in history. The Shemitah year took place entirely within the overall financial and economic collapse. Its overlap with the crash of 2000–2001 is thus 100 percent." [Ibid. Chap.10]

He made many associations of the Shemitah (Sabbatical Year) sign with America. In doing so, Cahn is insinuating God has a covenant with America, like his first covenant with Israel.

>>You want to believe the worst in him and will hear what you want him to have said to support it.<<

Why would I want to do that? I do not hate him, nor idolize him. I would rather he repent and refrain from deceiving the naïve into believing that he has received revelations from God. That said, I am frequently reminded of this passage when reading Cahn's books:

"For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables." -- 2Tim 4:3-4 KJV

>>Have at it, but if you’re going to call someone a hypocrite for judging others after you judged him, look in the mirror.<<

You were the first to mention "hypocrite" when you insinuated I was being a hypocrite. Frankly, your self-righteousness is nauseating.
